In the early 1990's the lodge at Crater Lake National Park was renovated and refurbished back to its historic representation. Jennifer was asked to paint a painting to be used as a fund raiser to help offset some of the renovation money. The painting depicts the lodge, Wizard island and of course the "blue" lake. Henry Ford designed the roads into Crater Lake Lodge for the Model A....one of the first roads in a National Park designed for transportation. If you look closely in the lower left of the painting you can see her painting the painting in the snow. The other people in the painting are friends of hers.
