The painting "They Said It Wouldn't Snow" was inspired by a special hidden place on Jennifer’s property in Central Oregon. The ancient juniper trees had all fallen into each other years ago. The snow was captured on the limbs. All of a sudden the squirrels started playing and deer started walking through...the story just started to happen right in front of her.
Mother deer had planned a birthday for her fawn named Rudy on the day “They Said it Wouldn’t Snow”. The snow fell and fell. When came to an end…everyone looked around and the cake had vanished! Soon old Chip was blaming everyone. Wise old Quail arrived and tried to keep things calm. Who took the cake or ate it in the blizzard? What do you think happened?
