Artist's Description
The Japanese Satsuma Vase was painted for my 30th Anniversary Show in 2009. The show was called The Flowers of My Life". Each floral painting represented a part of my life. The vase shown here represented my years I showed my artwork in Japan...1992-1995. I think these vases are some of the most beautiful in the world. The detail and style are from the Yabu Meizan and has three separate realistically painted landscapes of Lake Biwa that wrap all the way around the piece.
